I was there to pick up order, the service was terrible, the guy the so called manager rude and unprofessional, I don't really know how that guy became a manager with his attitude He see people like they are begging food not like a customer. I Hope the store owner will do something either replace someone or teach him how to approach customer!

Recently their personal pan pizzas are having crust like hand tossed. Dry and fluffy, not buttery and crispy. Really disappointed in my last 3 orders because of this. It's not a fluke, it's a pattern.

1 pizza, 1x 2-liter of Pepsi. Simple order that they could not get right. They sent the order to me through doordash. It had 2x 20 oz Pepsi (a touch over 1-liter). I called the store to ask them to correct the issue and they told me I had to contact doordash. I didn't order through doordash, I ordered through Pizza Hut. When I explained this to the person who was on the phone, they got belligerent. After a bit of a heated exchange the employee hung up on me.

Terrible. Ordered the Big New Yorker by phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in about 20. Crust was incredibly thin, dry and overcooked. Ate one slice in the parking lot and it was already cold. Ate 1/2, the rest going in the trash. Never again.
